These terms are an agreement between you (the wholesaler or business using the service) and ThokMarkets. By creating or using an account you accept them.
ThokMarkets provides software for running an online wholesale catalogue and taking orders from your customers. Features depend on your plan and may change over time.
You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account and any staff logins you create. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Plans, prices and any free trial are shown in your dashboard's Billing section. Fees are payable in advance for the period you choose, using the payment methods shown there. If a subscription expires or a payment is overdue or not approved, we may restrict or hide your storefront until the account is brought up to date.
You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions and photos, for fulfilling the orders you accept, and for your own tax and legal obligations — including GST, invoicing and consumer rules. The tax breakup shown on bills is a convenience; please confirm rates and codes with your accountant. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' details.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, to send unwanted messages, or to try to break or overload it or reach another shop's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the service and these terms; continuing to use it after an update means you accept the new version.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On request we will delete your account data, except what we must keep by law. Contact us if you would like a copy of your data first.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ThokMarkets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
